What began as nothing more than personal musings designed to explain and propose controversial ethics and life issues to those who had struggled with them, or to de-bunk misleading narratives and headlines, soon mushroomed and popular posts would receive more than 30,000 unique visitors a day. Between 2011 and 2017, she was a member of the organisation Catholic Voices, set up to promote the defence of Catholic teaching in the public square and made numerous media interventions on their behalf and quickly became the 'go to' voice for media organisations looking to represent a female conservative Catholic point of view. Since 2013 Caroline has writes a weekly column for the Catholic Universe and has written for and featured in a number of other publications such as the Catholic Herald, the National Catholic Register, the Conservative Woman, Mercatornet, Crisis Magazine, LifeSiteNews and Church Militant. She used to write on Catholic culture at the now defunct Spectator Arts blog and has been featured in the Daily Mail, the Observer and the New Statesman. In 2013, Caroline was included as part of the first cohort of the BBC's '100 women' and she regularly features on BBC News, Sky News, ITV's Good Morning Britain, BBC Sunday Morning Live, the Big Questions and has made multiple appearances on Radio 4's flagship Today programme, Woman's Hour, the Moral Maze and the Sunday programme as well as featuring in one-off documentaries. Caroline also presented the coverage for March for Life UK for EWTN and has contributed to News Nightly and Celtic Connections. She also frequently contributes to Talk Radio, LBC and BBC local radio as well as BBC Radio Ulster, discussing matters pertaining to Catholicism, feminism and the challenges of motherhood and family life. Caroline has an eclectic career background. She began her professional life as a student accountant for a big 5 firm before succumbing to a desire for travel and adventure and became a member of cabin crew working both long and short-haul routes for internationally acclaimed airlines. Having got the travel bug out of her system, she returned to work within investment banking and private equity in the City of London until her first child was born. Lt Col Allen West(ret) - The Deranged Liberal World Order and the Death of Reason

Our guest this episode is a true American hero. Lt Col Allen West served in the Military for 20 years, was deployed to Kuwait and Iraq and after his retirement he went to Afghanistan as a civilian military adviser to the Afghan army. Back in the US he has served his country politically in Congress. His time as Chair of the Republican party in Texas has particularly made him a target of hate from the deranged left. His voice of common sense comes from his military and political experience, his strong morals and family values, and these combined have made him a force for good. With true patriots like Lt Col Allen West(ret) we may just win the culture war that we are all fighting. Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Allen B. West is a Christian constitutional conservative, combat veteran, and former Member of the US Congress. Allen West was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia in the same neighbourhood where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. once preached. He is the third of four generations of military servicemen, all combat veterans, in his family. West was commissioned through ROTC at the University of Tennessee as a Second Lieutenant (2LT) on July 31, 1982. He entered active-duty service in the U.S. Army on November 1, 1983 at Fort Sill to attend the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course. He later attended airborne and jumpmaster training at Fort Benning. West’s first assignment was as an airborne infantry company fire support team leader and battalion training officer in the 325th Airborne Battalion Combat Team. In 1987, he was promoted to Captain and attended the Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course. He was then assigned to the 1st Infantry Division, where he commanded Bravo Battery, 6th Field Artillery Regiment and was a Battalion Task Force fire support officer for 2d Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment. While with the 1st Infantry Division, he participated in Operations Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. West’s culminating assignment to his career was as Battalion Commander of the 2d Battalion 20th Field Artillery, 4th Infantry Division. He assumed command of this unit on June 6, 2002. He deployed with his unit during the Iraq War in 2003 and continued to command his battalion until his retirement from the Army in 2004 after 22 years of honourable service in defence of the Republic. In November of 2010, Allen was honoured to continue his oath of service to his country when he was elected to the United States Congress, representing Florida’s 22nd District. As a member of the 112th Congress, West introduced seven major pieces of legislation, and was the original sponsor of H. R. 1246 which reduces costs at the Department of Defence, was passed unanimously (393-0), and signed into law by President Obama as part of the National Defence Authorization Act. Congressman West voted for the Balanced Budget Amendment, and voted for over 30 different bills designed to empower small businesses, reduce government barriers to job creation, boost American competitiveness, encourage entrepreneurship and growth, and maximize American energy production. West holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and two Masters, one from Kansas State University and another from the US Army Command and General Staff Officers College. He is the former Executive Director of the National Center for Policy Analysis in Dallas Texas. Dr Mike Yeadon - Fraud, Fear and How Herd Mentality Has Brought Us to the Edge

We are always told to trust the science and listen to the experts. If only our governments had listened to our guest this episode, Dr Mike Yeadon, whose credentials are impressive. His time as Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Pfizer along with his PhD in respiratory research should make everyone sit up and take notice of what he says. In this discussion Dr Yeadon gives an overview of where we are with this so-called ‘pandemic’ and shares his view on how we have been lied to, how fear has been used to control us and how herd mentality has shut down debate and conversation. Dr. Michael Yeadon is an Allergy & Respiratory Therapeutic Area expert with over 23 years in the pharmaceutical industry. He trained as a biochemist and pharmacologist, obtaining his PhD from the University of Surrey (UK) in 1988. 
Dr. Yeadon then worked at the Wellcome Research Labs with Salvador Moncada with a research focus on airway hyper-responsiveness and effects of pollutants including ozone and working in drug discovery of 5-LO, COX, PAF, NO and lung inflammation. With colleagues, he was the first to detect exhaled NO in animals and later to induce NOS in lung via allergic triggers. 
Joining Pfizer in 1995, he was responsible for the growth and portfolio delivery of the Allergy & Respiratory pipeline within the company. He was responsible for target selection and the progress into humans of new molecules, leading teams of up to 200 staff across all disciplines and won an Achievement Award for productivity in 2008. 
Under his leadership the research unit invented oral and inhaled NCEs which delivered multiple positive clinical proofs of concept in asthma, allergic rhinitis and COPD. He led productive collaborations such as with Rigel Pharmaceuticals (SYK inhibitors) and was involved in the licensing of Spiriva and acquisition of the Meridica (inhaler device) company. 
Dr. Yeadon has published over 40 original research articles and now consults and partners with a number of biotechnology companies. Before working with Apellis, Dr. Yeadon was VP and Chief Scientific Officer (Allergy & Respiratory Research) with Pfizer.

Anni Cyrus - My Escape from Islam and Why the West Needs to Wake Up

Anni Cyrus is a hero. She abandoned the Islamic faith that she was born into and had to desert her homeland so she could be free from harsh religious control. Her bravery should be an example to us all. Not only because she left Islam but because she has done it publicly. Many who do abandon their Islamic faith, do so in their hearts but through fear of retribution still continue to live as if they follow it, they become hypocrites because they are afraid of rejecting it publicly. This is because the consequences of departing Islam range from rejection by friends and family to death for being an apostate and bringing shame and dishonour to the household. Anni joins Hearts of Oak to share her story and to explain why she now spends her time speaking out and educating people about Islam. Aynaz “Anni” Cyrus is the founder of ‘Live Up To Freedom’, she was born in 1983 into an Islamic family in Iran, after the Islamic Revolution removed the Shah and turned the “mini-America” of the Middle East into an Islamic tyranny. Given no choice, Aynaz was labeled as a Muslim by birth. Under Sharia (Islamic Law) she grew up under total Islamic dominance by her father, a Sheikh, and her mother, a Quran teacher. At age nine, Aynaz rejected Islam completely in her heart and mind. It happened on her 9th birthday when the Islamic state, in a public ceremony, declared the absurdity that she would be, from that day forward by law, an adult woman. Over the next six years, Aynaz suffered terrible, but legal by Islamic Law, abuses and punishments at the hands of many Islamic males of Iran. After being forcibly sold by her own father into an extremely violent marriage, Aynaz desperately sought escape from her hell as a child bride. Even after being visibly battered one last time, the Islamic courts denied her a divorce from the man who was clearly bound to beat her to death. So at age 15, facing death by one way or the other, Aynaz got herself smuggled out of Iran, to save her own life. Knowing nothing of the life of freedom for women and girls outside of Iran or Islam, she ran into what she calls “The Unknown.” But her running was a crime, for which, to this day, she stands condemned to death by stoning under Sharia. Aynaz then gained asylum in Turkey through the United Nations. But, as an unaccompanied minor, she was obligated to wait three more years. Finally, at age 18 her petition to become an American citizen was approved. After a further delay following 9/11, Anyaz was allowed entry into the United States on August 8, 2002. She became a naturalized and proud American citizen in 2010. Since 2011, Aynaz has produced the popular Internet video series, “The Glazov Gang”, hosted by renowned author in the counter-jihad movement, Dr. Jamie Glazov. Aynaz also appears in many of the show’s hundreds of segments. Years of her media appearances are found in public speaking venues, interviews, videos, and articles, published in affiliation with The David Horowitz Freedom Center, Jihad Watch, Breitbart, American Thinker, Worldview Weekend, and American Truth Project, to mention a few. Jake Lang – Jan 6th Political Prisoner: No Trial, No Visitors, No Justice

January 6th has become an infamous date. In 2020 many Americans, frustrated at how fraud had played a part in removing President Trump, went to Capitol Hill to show their support for democracy. Jake Lang was one of many thousands who made the journey to Washington DC to join other like-minded patriots. He is now being held in a DC prison along with 900 other Americans for daring to come to the nation's capital to show they would not accept a stolen election. Hearts of Oak spoke with Jake from his prison cell and were shocked at his story of detention without trial, solitary confinement and how he was denied the right to have visitors for well over a year. Tune in to hear his shocking story and please share far and wide. Political prisoner Jake Lang is serving time in Washington DC for his actions on January 6th. Jake, a Jewish Trump supporter, has been held without trial and abused in the DC Gitmo for over a year and a half. He was trampled when Capitol Police attacked and then without warning pushed Trump supporters down the stairs outside the US Capitol in Washington DC. Jake was buried under several people when the Capitol police continued to push protesters on top of him. He was next to Rosanne Boyland who was trampled as the police pushed Trump protesters on top of her. Jake saw Rosanne die. He also saw Philip Anderson’s limp body that was lying next to Rosanne as the DC Police continued to beat, push and pepper spray the protesters on the ground. That’s when Jake decided to take action. Being a former wrestler, he was able to save himself and then he pulled Philip to safety. His rescue of Mr Anderson was caught on video, The entire time he was pulling him to safety the police continued to strike protesters with sticks and attack them with pepper spray. Jake saved Philip Anderson’s life. Then he went back and confronted the police who were still attacking the Trump supporters. It should be noted that the Trump crowd was entirely peaceful until the Capitol Police decided to fire flash grenades on the men, women, children and seniors who had gathered outside the US Capitol. John O’Looney - Vaccine Deaths: The Truth

It's always good to sit down for face-to-face conversations with previous guests and John O'Looney very kindly invited Hearts of Oak to his funeral parlour for a chat. When John started seeing a spike in deaths amongst the vaccinated, he knew he had to speak up so he started to share his concerns privately and publicly. One of the first issues that made him question the vaccines was the difficulty in embalming the newly deceased. It seemed that many recently departed people had abnormal blockages in their blood vessels and in this interview John discusses this, as well as showing us what these blood clots that we keep hearing about, actually look like.
