Former Chief Features writer at the Irish Independent, where she worked for almost 20 years, she has exposed many cases of murder and child sexual abuse that have been covered up by An Garda Siochana and the State. A Masters’ graduate from UCD, she was the first journalist to support the work of Garda whistle-blowers Maurice McCabe and John Wilson and revealed how former Garda Commissioner Martin Callinan had abused road safety laws for his own personal gain. Her two-year investigation into the cover-up of Fr Niall Molloy’s brutal murder led to a state inquiry. When Denis O’Brien – the Clinton’s biggest Irish donor – became the owner of INM, she was ordered to give up her anti-corruption work or leave her job. She successfully sued INM and went onto become a film producer. Her documentary ‘Mary Boyle: The Untold Story’ has been viewed more than 1 million times and won several international awards. The film about Ireland’s longest and youngest missing person revealed how a politician had ordered the police to shield the political suspect whom they believed had raped and murdered the child. Her work led to a new ‘inquiry’ and marches around the country demanding justice for the six-year-old child whose killer is protected to this day by Irish Gardai. Gemma’s investigation into the disappearance of toddler Madeleine McCann exposed grave lies in the BBC’s reporting of the case which were designed to mislead the public and protect a potential suspect. She also exposed the decades-long scandal of paedophilia at one of Dublin’s top private boys’ schools Terenure College. Her work directly led to the jailing of one of Ireland’s best-known rugby coaches John McClean, a serial predator who abused dozens of young boys at the school. Her research has revealed shocking Garda corruption in the murder investigations of Sophie Du Plantier, Raonaid Murray, Shane O’Farrell and Shane Tuohey and how the Irish police have framed citizens like Brian Mahon, Ian Bailey and Aaron Brady. Gemma’s work on health and environment earned her the title of Campaigning Journalist of the Year for her investigation on water fluoridation and its dangers to public health. For decades, through her campaigning journalism, she has worked tirelessly to expose the harm done by Big Pharma vaccines, industrial wind turbines, glyphosate, and chemotherapy. This episode Hearts of Oak welcomes Twitter royalty! Charlotte, The Baroness of Burnley. Charlotte has become a prominent social media voice and commentator since the beginning of the ‘scamdemic’ madness in March 2020. She prides herself on pointing out Government inconsistencies, hypocrisy and media manipulation techniques with an added dose of much-needed humour on a daily basis, Charlotte’s Twitter account is the one to follow. This year she has embarked on a one woman campaign to reflect and remind us of the hysterical and over-exaggerated response to the Covid 19 plandemic. We were barraged day and night by the mainstream media, government officials, newspaper headlines and daytime tv talking heads, most of which were calling for the segregation of society in a ‘Papers Please’ fashion and those who opted for bodily autonomy were subjected to coercion, threats, ridicule and loss of livelihood. Charlotte believes this should never be forgotten. #NeverForgetThesePeople was a campaign that took Twitter by storm and she is still gathering ‘receipts’ to this day. Laura King - Green Utopia? The Realities of Successive Hard Left Councils

Local Councils have so much influence on our lives and yet their work is unknown to most of us. Laura King has been involved in campaigning against the net zero/CRT/LGBT agenda coming from her local authority in the East Sussex city of Brighton and Hove on the south coast of England. Ever since royal party animal George IV fell in love with Brighton back in the 18th Century, the city has been a magnet for visitors in search of fun, frolics and fresh sea air. With its majestic Regency squares and crescents, iconic Royal Pavilion and famous piers, today Brighton is as well-known for being a diverse city with a passion for culture, creativity and its historic landmarks as it is for its eclectic mix of high profile, anti-establishment hard-left politicians and campaigners. In 2020 the Green Party took control of the council from the Labour Party after one councillor was suspended and two resigned following claims of antisemitism. This has had a disastrous effect on the city as it lurched from the frying pan and into the fire, this should be a wakeup call to all of us to the dangers of a progressive far left agenda on our local communities. Laura King is a writer, comedian, poet and public speaker who accidentally fell into local campaigning when she set up a petition to re-open a local seafront road which had been closed for ‘exercise space' during the Covid ‘pandemic’. The road in question was set to never reopen, despite it hosting traditional events which raised millions of pounds for the city each and every year. There was no public consultation and no thought of what the closure would mean for the already struggling local businesses and thousands of residents in the city backed Laura’s petition and it bought together a group of like-minded people who have proved an invaluable team for demanding civic accountability and keeping a spotlight shining on council activities, provoking constant local, and occasionally national media interest. The victory of that campaign became the start of a journey into the darkness of the local Green Council and the realisation of their anti-citizen woke agenda.
