David Kurten: Heritage Party Leader - By-Elections, Lockdowns & Censorship

In this episode it is wonderful to have a chat to a former UKIP colleague, David Kurten. For over two years I was able to work closely with David in City Hall where I was struck by his strong beliefs, great public speaking skills, his deep grasp of issues and his ability to wind up London's worst ever Mayor, Sadiq Khan . . . . his interactions with him in the chamber were a joy to behold! As leader of The Heritage Party, we discuss the upcoming by-election in Southend West, future plans for his party and I ask him why he has been so vocal against COVID tyranny from the very beginning and how his honesty has landed him in Big Tech jail!David Kurten is the Leader and one of the founding members of the Heritage Party, He stands for free speech and liberty, traditional family values, national sovereignty, and financial responsibility. He was in the London Assembly from May 2016 to May 2021, and sat on the Education, Environment, Fire & Emergency, Housing and Transport committees at City Hall. David has written over 50 articles on topics from knife crime to free speech to the transgender agenda for titles such as Breitbart, The Bruges Group, The Salisbury Review and The Conservative Woman and gives lectures on Cultural Marxism and political correctness among other topics, as well as after-dinner speeches, he has spoken at public events for the Bow Group and the Freedom Association, and at a number of conferences on Education and Free Speech. David studied Chemistry at the University of St Andrews, before completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of Bath. He has been a Chemistry teacher for 15 years and has taught in both state and private schools in Hampshire, Botswana, London, Bosnia-Herzegovina, New York and Bermuda. In 2014, David Kurten visited over 100 schools in 15 countries performing Chemistry lectures and demonstrations to enthuse young people to study and engage with Science on the Einstein on the Road Tour. Catherine Blaiklock - Election Special: English Democrats Candidate for the Southend West By-Election

Catherine Blaiklock is the candidate for The English Democrats for the upcoming Southend West By-Election following the murder of David Amess MP by a Islamist terrorist on 15th October 2021. Catherine always speaks her mind and its wonderful to see her back standing in an election. Like many of us she has found herself politically homeless after the collapse of UKIP and The English Democrats seem to be a party that stands up for free speech and is a party for common sense. Immigration is a key issue for Catherine and we discuss why no party will address this.
Catherine Blaiklock is politically active, writes on a variety of subjects and is a strong believer in Brexit, freedom of speech and despises political correctness with a passion! She is Oxford educated and has worked in a variety of fields including finance, economics, medicine and charity. Catherine has lived all around the world and founded and funded ‘Nepal in Need’ which is a small charity, run and funded entirely by volunteers, providing health care in remote rural areas. She was the former Economics Spokesperson for UKIP and an original founder of The Brexit Party, is a regular writer for The Salisbury Review and The Conservative Woman and was also guest speaker at the launch of Hearts of Oak in February 2020. Peter Mcilvenna - What I Really Think About the Grooming Gangs

The so called Grooming Gang scandal is surely the biggest stain on British history since the end of slavery over 200 years ago. The fact that the authorities, local government, police, journalists and politicians all turned a blind eye for decades to the rape of children is a heavy burden we all must bear in the UK. Gangs of mainly Muslim men preyed on girls in dozens of towns all across the UK since the 1980's and when parents went to the police they were told their daughters were simply prostitutes or they were simply ignored. Our authorities have not been brought to account and few of the perpetrators have been punished and those who have been jailed receive pitiful sentences. This must be called out for what it is. Britain has ignored Muslim rape gangs for over 40 years. It is time our society woke up!

We live in a Western World obsessed with human rights, though ironically one where the rights of individuals to freedom of speech, freedom of association and even freedom of thought are drying up fast.  
Contradiction piles upon hypocrisy piles upon paradox.   
Alas, when it comes to animal rights there is little contradiction or paradox: the majority of citizens - when it really comes to the crunch - don't give a damn about animal welfare.  Admittedly, many may worship their domestic pets, but when it comes to the doleful suffering of animals in our food chain, their minds wander elsewhere as soon as the issue is raised.  
Mike Glennon is a retired politics lecturer and has been a political activist for nearly two decades. The defence and survival of an independent British Britain has been his driving motivation.
